The Bailu Villa project is situated as part of a larger resort development in Bai Lu Bay, Nghệ An, Vietnam. We explored the concept of modern tropical villas, taking advantage of their hillside location with a view of the Pacific Ocean. We are in the process of defining the architectural style of this project to satisfy the needs of this distinct market. Below is the floor plan timelapse and few architecture style studies.

Another project on our board this year is a golf clubhouse for two 18 hole golf courses in Ha Long. This golf clubhouse provides a strong sense of arrival and finish. The grand clubhouse can be seen as you approach along the road and from most vantage points on both golf courses. With its grand two-story colonnaded porches and cupula roof, the clubhouse acts as a beacon to arriving guests and provides a climatic finish for both 18th Greens which are nestled near the clubhouse's base.

As requested by the client, we provided several conceptual architecture styles mimicking some of the popular golf clubhouses from around the world.
