Where Land Meets Legend: A Retreat Rooted in Place
Stretching gracefully along 850 meters of pristine white sand and extending another 600 meters across dramatic limestone cliffs rising 15 to 25 meters above the sea, this boutique luxury resort redefines the tropical escape. Situated on an unspoiled island paradise, the master plan delivers a sense of rare seclusion and raw beauty—framing panoramic ocean vistas while preserving the soul of the site.
The resort features 80 thoughtfully placed villas—including beachfront bures, cliffside retreats, and overwater bungalows—each designed to offer an immersive connection to the island’s diverse natural settings. Seven distinctive food and beverage destinations are interwoven throughout the landscape, curated to capture the mood of the moment—from sunrise breakfasts by the surf to twilight cocktails on a cliff’s edge.
Site-sensitive and deeply respectful of its context, the design preserves mature trees, topography, and coastal contours, allowing the land to guide the architecture rather than the other way around. At the heart of the resort, a majestic Vesi Tree—a species revered in Fijian culture—stands as a living symbol of welcome and wisdom. Its leaf shape inspired a sculptural cluster of pavilions that house the arrival court, lobby, dining areas, boutique retail, and guest amenities, blending contemporary regionalism with timeless island spirit.
This is not just a resort—it’s a curated
experience where every path, pavilion, and view tell a story of place, culture,
and elemental luxury.
