A Legacy of Grandeur, Reimagined for Modern Shanghai

Inspired by the stately neo-classical villas built throughout Shanghai in a bygone era, this exclusive gated enclave was envisioned to embody timeless elegance and architectural distinction. Commissioned as an elite residential address, it comprises just 18 individually designed estates—each reimagined from a distinct style throughout Europe and averaging 1,500 square meters of living space—once celebrated as the most luxurious homes in all of China.

Crafted from enduring materials such as hand-cut stone, brick, wrought iron, slate, and tile, these residences convey a sense of permanence and refinement. Their grand proportions are enhanced by soaring ceilings and south-facing main living spaces that flood interiors with daylight, creating a balance of opulence and warmth.

The crown jewel of the collection—dubbed the “masterpiece” by the developer—features a one-room-deep floor plan curving gracefully around an ellipse-shaped courtyard. This design ensures that every room captures the soft glow of southern light while blurring the boundaries between indoors and out. More than a residence, it is a private luxury resort in the heart of Shanghai—where heritage, craftsmanship, and comfort converge.
