A Tropical Resort-Style Private Residence
This 395-square-meter private residence blends contemporary regionalism with the tropical character and cultural richness of Southeast Asia. Designed as a resort-style family compound, the home celebrates outdoor living, water, and nature—crafted for both active lifestyles and tranquil retreat.
At the heart of the design is an expansive, multi-zone swimming pool featuring three lap lanes for dedicated training, alongside a playful, family-friendly area with a mix of shaded and sun-soaked deck zones. Four separate bungalows are strategically positioned for privacy and connection: three single-bedroom suites with en-suite baths and private outdoor showers, and a Club Bungalow that serves as the social hub, with an open-plan Great Room, kitchen, and dedicated laundry, powder, and MEP spaces.
The 86-square-meter primary bedroom suite, including a covered lanai, anchors one corner of the site and opens onto a private garden. A separate office bungalow completes the composition, offering focused seclusion within the lush setting.
The surrounding landscape transitions from sandy beach lounge zones to dense tropical plantings, creating layers of discovery and privacy. Thoughtfully integrated lighting animates both indoor and outdoor spaces, making the residence feel warm, inviting, and alive—day or night.
