A Dual-Branded Tropical Destination Defined by Place and Experience
Set along a pristine beachfront, this tropical resort master plan brings together two distinct hospitality brands—Renaissance and Marriott—within a unified yet diverse coastal destination.
The Renaissance Resort features 188 guest rooms and 12 private hotel villas in a sleek, contemporary design inspired by the graceful wings of native seabirds, capturing the essence of movement and lightness. In contrast, the Marriott Resort offers 300 guest rooms and 12 hotel villas, envisioned as a modern reinterpretation of a grand seaside estate, blending timeless elegance with a fresh, coastal sensibility.
At the heart of the master plan is a commitment to resort-style place-making—drawing on the site’s natural features, local culture, and tropical climate to create immersive, authentic guest experiences. Every design decision, from layout to landscaping, supports a narrative of discovery, comfort, and cultural resonance—critical drivers of both guest satisfaction and long-term hospitality success.
