Designed to immerse guests in the soul of Nayarit, this contemporary regionalism-inspired master plan brings together Posadas’ renowned Live Aqua and Funeeq hotel brands along with an exclusive vacation rental community. Spread across three distinct settings—from gently sloping beachfront land to dramatic inland hills—each site celebrates a different facet of Nayarit’s natural and cultural story: the pearls of the Pacific, the fiery legacy of Ceboruco Volcano, and the life-giving Santiago River flowing through the Sierra Madre.
Separated from the shoreline by protective mangroves, the master plan carefully positions each guestroom to maximize sweeping ocean views, even for those set high on the hillsides. Elevated architecture allows inland resorts to rise gracefully above neighboring buildings, ensuring panoramic vistas for every guest.
From these design principles, three uniquely characterized resorts emerge, each with its own narrative and architectural expression, yet all united under the central theme: “from the mountains to the sea,” echoing the breathtaking composition of Nayarit itself.
