Marriott and Courtyard Marriott Ding Long Resort Master Plan

Where Culture, Comfort, and Community Meet

Set along 550 meters of pristine tropical beachfront, this visionary master plan brings together world-class hospitality, refined residential living, and immersive cultural design. Anchored by a Marriott and a Courtyard Marriott hotel, the resort is a seamless fusion of luxury, lifestyle, and landscape.

The Marriott Resort offers 350 oceanfront rooms, four private villas, a rejuvenating hot spring spa, and a premier beachfront conference center—featuring a 2,000-square-meter ballroom and a full suite of guest amenities spread across 345 meters of uninterrupted shoreline. Its lobby and lounge take inspiration from Polynesian architecture and Classical Chinese garden design, creating a grand yet tranquil welcome that sets the tone for the guest experience.

The Courtyard Marriott, located along 205 meters of beach, adds 360 guest rooms—85% of which boast ocean views—bringing accessible comfort and coastal charm to the destination. Rising just beyond the hotels are six mid-rise residential towers, raising the project's total over 100,000 square meters of refined living space.

At the heart of this master plan is a dedication to resort-style placemaking—design that draws deeply from the site’s natural beauty, tropical climate, and local cultural heritage. Every element, from spatial layout to landscaping and materiality, is crafted to foster a sense of discovery, ease, and authenticity. The result is a modern coastal destination where travelers, residents, and nature exist in perfect harmony—an experience-driven environment built for long-term value and unforgettable memories.
