Hilton Linzhi Resort Master Plan

A Landmark of Luxury and Cultural Discovery

Introducing the first-ever five-star destination resort in Eastern Tibet—and the region’s first to proudly carry the Hilton name. Set in a breathtaking landscape often referred to as the “Switzerland of Tibet” for its lush alpine meadows, vibrant wildflowers, and soaring snowcapped peaks, this 230-room resort is a sanctuary of refined comfort and immersive cultural experience.

Perched above the majestic Brahmaputra River, the resort’s design reinterprets traditional Tibetan architecture through a contemporary lens—an elegant fusion of heritage and modernity we call contemporary regionalism. Guests are invited to indulge in a full array of world-class amenities, including a serene spa, signature restaurants, versatile meeting spaces, and luxuriously appointed guestrooms and private villas. Unique to the site, a marina center and equestrian stables provide riverside adventure, while a dedicated exhibition center showcases the rare and protected native Yellow Peony flower, found only in this region.

At the heart of the master plan is a deep respect for place-making—where the natural landscape, Tibetan cultural traditions, and the region’s temperate climate converge to create authentic guest experiences. Every element is designed to evoke a spirit of discovery, cultural connection, and effortless luxury—critical drivers of both guest satisfaction and long-term hospitality success.

“We highly recommend these design leaders to assist you with leading your project. Their knowledge of the hospitality industry... was of significant help throughout the design process.” (Jin Xu, former GM CASIC)

"FSC demonstrated the ability to work independently with great creativity and enthusiasm. I always appreciated FSC talent; their ability to stay focused and meets the deadlines. I am very pleased with FSC’s performance...I give FSC my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to ask FSC to work with us on another project sometime in the future. (James Ravi, President G Charlton Hotels & Resorts)
