Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort

From Across The Water A Beacon Shines

Rising from the shores of this tranquil lake surrounded by mountains blanketed with verdant forest, the resort architecture carefully steps up the slope, and along the natural contours, allowing a reduction in the mass appearance to respectfully embrace the environment. Coupling this with the inspiration from Chinese garden pavilions and mountain resorts worldwide, the end affect is of a more intimate luxury hotel design setting not necessarily associated with a 350 key hotel. Panoramic lake views from within are abundant. The lobby’s grand gable window reaches out to the lake. One guest tower, reminiscent of a lighthouse, houses the Presidential Suite.
