The New Heart of Surfers Paradise
Set on five acres in the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise, this mixed-use destination blends resort-style design with dynamic urban energy to create a true gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Thoughtfully crafted with a place-making mindset, it offers a lively pedestrian-friendly seaside streetscape lined with 130,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment, punctuated by sunny plazas perfect for meeting, mingling, and people-watching.
Rising
above the new “village,” three striking forty-story condominium
towers sit atop a lush podium recreation deck, offering residents an
elevated retreat with sweeping ocean and city views. A supermarket and ample
parking space are seamlessly integrated into the basement, ensuring
convenience to match the coastal lifestyle. This is more than a development, it’s
the new social and cultural landmark of Surfers Paradise.
